What does it cost?
It depends on the role and the contract. We agree clear terms with you before anyone starts, with no hidden extras.
Can you provide one-to-one support?
Yes. Many of our staff work one-to-one or in small groups, including with children who have an EHC plan.
What if it isn’t the right fit?
Tell us straight away. We’ll talk it through with you and the staff member, and find someone new if needed.
